Al Ritaj will identify potential investment opportunities through its extensive business network and through creating strategic partnerships with other investment companies and financial institutions. 

Post-acquisition Al Ritaj will closely work with the owners of the target company to:

Identify internal and external factors that affect the success of the company

Develop growth / turnaround / re-structuring plans (use of specialized technical advisors)

3.

Change legal status of  the company to allow Ritaj and other strategic partners participation

4.

Implement growth / turnaround plans (hire professional management)

5.

Monitor company performance at the appropriate level to detect any negative deviations

6.

Develop optimal exit strategy to maximize return to all shareholders
